    i have a htc one v, last month phone battery got dead after that when i have changed that battery from that time onwards full brightness is not working.
    When battery is full then brightness is also good but as battery goes on low the brightness also be the same.

    It sounds like it's going into power saving mode. By changed the battery do you mean you got a new one? If so, is it an OEM battery? I ask because if it's aftermarket, and it's not reporting the amount of charge left in the battery to the phone correctly then the phone may think there is less charge available then there is, putting in into the power saving mode.

    Is it aftermarket or does it say HTC on it? Is it made and distributed by HTC, in otherwords?

    its not the original htc battery, but its compatible to that, i have purchased this battery from the local market.
    and thanx for reply now i have go to sleeping, because here is sleeping time in india

    Yeah, that is probably your issue. The replacement battery does not have the electronics to report to the phone how much power it has left. You can turn off the power saving mode under settings > battery though
