HTC ONE M8 Get frozen and I have to press twice the power on buttom

Hi

I have an HTC ONE M8 Get frozen when I turn one, then I have to turn off and turn on again to keep my cell working.

The HTC support guys advice with a procedure to wipe a partition, and I do it, but the problem it is there.

When I receive a call and I try to answer the phone, I have to turn off the phone (then I loose the call)

Any advice ?
