Enable Call Forwarding:
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Choose “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” (or select a different option)
- Tap “Disable”
Block Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block a contact: tick the check box next to the contact and tap “Save”. (Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to another account)
- To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contacts you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- On the home screen, tap “Messages”
- Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the contact you wish to block
- When prompted with the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
