Please Help My Tmobile Sda

my t mobile SDA is locking up at the HTC innovation screen and when I try a hard reset it gives me the red green and blue screen but at the very bottom where there is supposed to be buttons to select there isn;t there is just a white space. PLEASE if anyone knows how to fix this tell me. Also I tried downloading HTCs OS from there site but it is corrupt and won't reflash my phone. Please e-mail me with help at [email protected]

Sometimes, the only thing to do is to call tech support. In this case this is what you need to do. They will either help you fix the problem or get a replacement.
