Transferring files from home computer to Dash.......

I just got my Dash yesterday and i'm trying to transfer photos and videos to my phone via the USB port from my home computer. I installed the synch software that came with the phone and then i tried to "drag and click" using Windows Explorer on my home computer but with no luck. What am i doing wrong? Can someone help me on this? Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!!

Hey, honestly...the drag and drop worked perfectly for me. If not, you can use Windows Media(I think the latest is like v.11). Then sync your stuff through the media player like how you normally would with an mp3 player(not Ipods).

I actually was able to transfer files to my Dash by copying the file and then pasteing it into a subfolder in the Dash folder.
