There is a program that I've been using called Super. This program is free and is by a company called eRight. Search for eRight Super on the internet and you should find it.

This program will convert anything to anything. I've converted plenty of videos from just about anything to everything with this program. Play with it and some of the settings. You won't be disappointed.

Yeah, I know. I had a Dash and now have a wing and this program is great for converting for the phones and for anything else.

Just to let you know I think the setting for the Pocket PC phones is 3gp(Ericsson). That setting converts the videos perfect for my PPC.

I suggest you to try HTC Video Converter to transfer. I have HTC The One, and I use this video converter to help me convert the video format.
