HTC T-Mobile Wing Ringtones/Format

I have this friend that needed help with the T-Mobile Wing. I have converted the songs/videos/pics to the correct format.
But when I try to bluetooth the ringtones, they dont work.. im asuming they are not compatible or i'm just doing it wrong. I'm using pm3 format. Can someone help me? or atleast can someone post a ringtone here thats compatible? Thanks.

Since nobody was willing to help me..I figured it out by myself. Hope it helps someone else.
I used Microsoft Active Sync. It can be downloaded free if you google it.
connected the phone to computer with its usb data cable, open the explorer folder in active sync and there was a folder named ringtones. I just dragged and drop the 30sec ringtones, I found out that it supports mp3,wma,and wav format. Sweet!!!
Hope it helps someone else.

It also supports MID file format for tiny... and tinny... file sizes.

I really dont know, maybe. I had to download it from web. This wing belongs to my cheap friend that bought it off ebay.

ah ok that explains it. the WING comes with a disc that installs Microsoft Active Sync on ur pc. Maybe he got screwed by the seller or maybe he didnt bother with the disc b4 u tried to help. WHO KNOWS?!?!?

I got the file in the "my ringtones" folder on my phone... but how the heck do I get it set as a ringtone? I went to settings, and ringers, but the scrolldown menu does not show that file....help

I have a couple mp3's in MY MUSIC folder and tried this so it shud work for u:

press and hold the stylus on the file and dont let go so it brings up a menu. there in the menu shud be an option to "Set as Ringtone"

Hi-- I actually had two different files for the ringtone... I downloaded the other file and that one worked! THanks for the help..
