how to unlock HTC touch2 T3333 to use in Argentina?

I have an HTC touch2 T3333 from the US under AT&T and would like to know if it is possible to unklock it and use it with local service providers in Argentina. If so, anyone to recommend int he NYC, South East CT area who could do it?
