News: HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa launching in the UK

The HTC Salsa and the HTC ChaCha were first introduced at the MWC last week and now, both phones will become available to Europe by the end of the second quarter of this year. They are expected to launch on June 17.

Expansys does not have any details on price yet as HTC may still be trying to come up with one as well. If you don't want to wait for the announcement of the price, you can still pre-order your Salsa or ChaCha at Expansys. A few details about each phone is listed below.

The HTC Salsa features: a full-touchscreen, a 3.4-inch screen with 480×320 resolution, 5MP camera with flash, a 600 MHz processor, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, 512 MB of internal space expandable via a microSD card slot, and will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The HTC ChaCha features: a QWERTY keyboard with touchscreen which is 2.6 inches in size, 480×320 resolution a 600 MHz processor, a 5MP camera, a VGA front-facing camera, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, and 512 MB of internal memory expandable via a microSD card slot and will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
