How to set-up your Email account on the HTC Vivid.


  • On your home screen tap the "Mail" button.

  • Browse through the Email providers and tap on the desired one.

  • You should now be able to see both the "Email address" and "Password" fields. Enter the desired Email address then tap the "Password" field, enter your password and press the "Next" button.

  • Tap the checkbox if you wish to set the previously entered Email account as your default choice and tap the "Finish setup" button.

  • Press "Home" and you should now be able to use your Email account on your HTC Vivid


How-to change your Email signature on the HTC Vivid

  • Tap the "Mail" icon on your home screen.

  • Tap the "Menu" sensitive button on your device. A small pop-up window should appear on the screen. Tap the "More" button which can be found in the right-bottom corner of the screen and then tap "Settings".

  • Access the "General settings" menu and tap on "Signature". You will now be able to see and edit your current Email signature by using your on-screen keyboard. Once you have made the necessary changes, tap "Save" and press twice on the "Back" sensitive button in order to get back to the Email main screen.

  • In order to verify whether or not your signature has been properly set, tap the pencil-shaped icon found on the top-right corner of your screen. If everything is as desired, tap the "Back" sensitive button twice and then the "Home" button in order to get back to your home screen.
