Info: HTC myTouch 4G Black: can not find the internal memory

very good afternoon
my phone is excellent I bought it recently and is second but according to specifications of manufactures the mytouch deveria count 4 Gigabaites memory internal but report me can only 1.3 gigabaites, think that pesanban programs installed but then ago the sum and is what is occupying only 756 megabaites in the memory of 1.3 free dejandomeI would saver if this is normal or if there is any problem with the internal memory.
