Transferring Contacts From Your iPhone

Transferring Contacts from your iPhone using iTunes backup and HTC Sync Manager:

  1. Connect your iPhone to your computer
  2. Install the HTC Sync Manager if necessary
  3. Open the "HTC Sync Manager" and go to "More" > "Transfer"
  4. Select "Get started" and choose the content that you wish to transfer

Transferring Contacts from your iPhone Using Bluetooth:

  1. On your iPhone, press the "Home button"
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Select "Bluetooth" and switch Bluetooth on
  4. On your HTC One Mini, swipe down on the status bar using two fingers
  5. Tap "Settings"
  6. Under "Personal", tap "Transfer content"
  7. Select "iPhone"
  8. Tap "Transfer over Bluetooth"
  9. Select the appropriate iPhone model and tap "Next"
  10. Follow any additional prompts until the transfer is complete

Transferring Contacts from an Android Phone

Transferring Content from an Android Phone to the HTC One Mini using the HTC Transfer Tool:

Note: your other device needs to run on at least Android 2.3 in order for the HTC Transfer tool to work.

  1. On your other Android phone, access the "Play Store"
  2. Search for "HTC Transfer tool"
  3. Download and install the application, then start it
  4. On your HTC One Mini, swipe down on the status bar using two fingers
  5. Tap "Settings"
  6. Tap "Transfer content"
  7. Select "HTC Android phone" if your other device is a HTC, or "Other Android phone"
  8. Tap "Full transfer"
  9. Wait for the two devices to pair, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer

Transferring Contacts from Your Android Phone to Your HTC One Mini using Bluetooth:

  1. On your HTC One Mini, swipe down the status bar using two fingers
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Select" Transfer Content"
  4. Tap either "HTC Android phone" or "Other Android phone"
  5. Tap "Quick transfer"
  6. Select the brand of your other phone, then tap "Next"
  7. Select the model of the other phone and tap "Next"
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions on how to set up your other phone
  9. Tap "Next" on your HTC One mini and follow any additional instructions on how to receive the contacts

Transferring Contacts From a BlackBerry, Windows Phone or Other Phone Type

  1. On your HTC One Mini, go to the home screen
  2. Swipe down the status bar using two fingers
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Transfer content"
  4. Tap "Other phone type"
  5. Select the brand of your other phone and tap "Next"
  6. Select a model and tap "Next"
  7. Follow the instructions given by your HTC One Mini, on how to start the transferring process on your other device
  8. Tap "Next" and follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the transfer
