Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Tap “People
  3. Press “Menu” > “Manage contact
  4. Tap “Blocked contacts"
  5. Tap “Add” and perform one of the following:
    • To block a number: enter the phone number then tap “OK
    • To block an existing contact:
      1. Mark the check box associated with the contact you wish to block
      2. Tap “Save
      3. If you want to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking, tap “OK

Unblock a Number:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Tap “People
  3. Press “Menu” > “Manage contacts
  4. Tap “Blocked contacts
  5. Tap “Menu” again and tap to “Remove block contacts
  6. Select the contacts / numbers you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Delete

Block Messages:

  1. From the home screen, open “Messages
  2. Tap and hold the message thread exchanged with the sender you want to block
  3. Tap “Message options” > “Block contact

Unblock Messages from a Number:

  1. Launch “Messages
  2. Press “Menu” and tap “Block list
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Press “Menu” > “Unblock contacts

Forward All Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings"
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Update
