Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Add”
- Perform one of the following:
- To block a number: enter the number and tap “OK”
- To block contact:
- Select the contact by checking the box next to it
- Tap “Save”
- To copy the contact information to a different account before blocking it, tap “OK”
Unblock a Contact / Number:
- Access “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove block contacts”
- Select the desired contact / phone number to unblock
- Tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Launch the “Messages” app
- Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the number you want to block
- Tap “Manage options” > “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Press “Menu” > “Block list”
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Forward Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the apps drawer and access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, or “Forward when unreachable”
- Enter the number to forward calls to
- Tap “Update”
Cancel Call Forwarding:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward”
- Tap “Disable”
