Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Add”
- To block a phone number, enter it and tap “OK”
- To block an existing contact, check the box associated with the contact and tap “Save” (NOTE: To copy the contact information to a different account before you block the contact, tap “OK”)
Unblock Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Press “Menu” and tap “Remove block contacts”
- Select the contacts / numbers you wish to unblock and tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread between you and the phone number / contact you wish to block
- Tap “Message options” > “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the contact you wish to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Forward Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call forward”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to
- Tap “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer and access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you wish to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
