Block Calls:
- Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
- To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
- To block a contact: select the check box associated with it, and tap “Save”. Optionally, you can tap “OK” to save the contact information to another account before blocking
Unblock Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contacts / phone numbers you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Tap “Messages” on the home screen
- Tap & hold the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to prevent receiving messages from
- At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the desired contact and tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Forward All Calls:
- Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
- If necessary, enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” or a different option
- Tap “Disable”
