Block Calls:

  1. Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
    • To block a contact: select the check box associated with it, and tap “Save”. Optionally, you can tap “OK” to save the contact information to another account before blocking

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  4. Select the contacts / phone numbers you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete”

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
  2. Tap & hold the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to prevent receiving messages from
  3. At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Forward All Calls:

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  4. If necessary, enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Tap “Always forward” or a different option
  4. Tap “Disable”
