Block Incoming Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Add” and perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact: select the contact and tap “Save”. Optionally, to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it tap “OK”
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
Block Incoming Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap “Block contact” in the “Message options” pop-up
Unblock Incoming Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts” to confirm
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, you can select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
