Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “People
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage Contacts
  4. Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add
  5. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block an existing contact: select the contact and tap “Save”. Optionally, you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and press “OK

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “People
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Tap “Manage contacts” and access “Blocked contacts
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts
  5. Select the contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open “Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact

Unblock Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Tap “Block list” and select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  4. Choose “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  4. Choose to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Access “Call forwarding
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
