Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage Contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
- Perform one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact: select the contact and tap “Save”. Optionally, you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking
- To block a new phone number: enter it and press “OK”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Manage contacts” and access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” to confirm
Block Incoming Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Incoming Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Block list” and select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts” to confirm
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Choose “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Choose to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
