Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to “Settings”
- Access “Personalize” and tap “Ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “Apply” to confirm
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the SIM Card or the phone’s internal memory.
- Launch “Phone”
- Select the contact whose ringtone you want to change
- Tap “Ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “Apply” to confirm
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Launch “Settings”
- Scroll to and tap “Sound & Notifications”
- Tap “Notification sound” and select the alert you want to assign
- Tap “Apply” to confirm
