Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Add” and select one of the following steps:
- To block an existing contact, select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block a new phone number, enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Manage contacts”
- Access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete”
Block Incoming Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap and hold the thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
- In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact” to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
