Block Incoming Calls From a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Launch “People
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts
  4. Tap “Add” and perform one of the two steps below:
    • To block incoming calls from a contact: tap it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can store the contact information to a different account before blocking it by tapping “OK
    • To block calls from a phone number: enter it and tap “OK

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “People” and tap “Menu
  2. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts
  4. Select the contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete

Block Messages:

  1. Open Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact or phone number you want to block
  3. From the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contacts

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list
  3. Select the conversation exchange with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Choose to “Always forward
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy
  4. Tap “Enable” / “Update

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
  3. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to turn off
  4. Tap “Disable
