Block Incoming Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts” and tap “Add”
- Perform one of the steps below:
- To block incoming calls from a contact: select it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking it
- To block calls from a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Go to “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
- In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contacts”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
- Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Go to “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Go to “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Choose to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable “or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
