Block Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:
- Launch “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Add” and perform one of the steps below:
- To block incoming calls from a contact: tap it and then tap “Save”. Optionally you can also tap “OK” to store the contact information to a different account before blocking the contact
- To block calls from a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
- Access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete”
Block Messages:
- Open Google Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
- Select “Block contact” in the “Message options” pop-up
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Block list”
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Access “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Access “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when unreachable” “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
