I took out the battery and sim card, and then put them back in, while my
phone was turned off.. (was trying to reset internet connection) so now
when I power it on, the screen says "pin blocked, to unblock you need
the puk code from your service provider". What is that?? also if you
forgot what lock/pin number you had in the first place, how can you put
in a new one? I guess I'll have to call tech support. By the way, this
is a pay as you go' service and I bought the phone outright. Thanks
