Samsung SGH-d407 transfer photos to PC?

I have several photos on my camera phone and would like to transfer
them to my PC. Can anyone give instructions on how to do this? Thanks

I'm not familiar with that specific phone,
but typical transfer options are:
* Cable (if USB, see if the camera can be configured as a disk)
* IR
* Bluetooth
* Transfer over the air (MMS message or upload)
