In the GSM 850 AFRCN (absolute radio frequency channel number) scheme
(ARFCN range 128 - 251), how are the Cellular A', A'', & B' extensions
reconciled? For GSM channelization purposes, is the entire Cellular
50 MHz spectrum considered to be virtually contiguous, or does the
channelization fold back upon itself, a la E-GSM 900 or R-GSM 900, in
order to enumerate the Cellular A', A'', & B' extensions at the lower
& upper edges of the Cellular bandplan?
