I just switched to a Sony t616 and have found that it works wonderfully
with a Mac running OS-X, syncing is transparent using Address Book and
bluetooth! No software needed to install at all (well considering the
disk that Sony provides is for PCs only) and is really easy to
configure.
I'm browsing the web and getting email using my Palm Tungsten T with
bluetooth, and it's working spectacularly...I keep the phone in my
pocket while checking email on the Palm. Speeds are FAST. Very happy so
far.

Re: Sony t616 works great with a Mac!
I too have had success Syncing the Address Book and sending photos to
and from my SE T616 via Bluetooth. But, I want to do my Web browsing on
my PowerBook G4.
I can't figure out how to do this. Cingular tech support are no help.
Anyone doing this? If so, How?
Later,
Joe
