Clearly they are; what do you suppose all the sales reps were doing while you
were on hold?
If you don't want to wait, go to one of the local stores like I did. I signed up
for new Cingular service one week ago today; they took care of me right away,
with an extremely reasonable waiting time. After testing Cingular's coverage in
the areas where I'll use it most, I went back last Sunday and added a second
phone to my plan; again, I was served within a reasonable time (< 5 minutes).
Or, to get immediate service with zero waiting time, place your order on the
web site.
