I live in the USA.

I asked Sony Ericsson via their website about firmware upgrades of my T610
and they responded as follows:

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Currently we are not offering
firmware upgrades. You would have to inquire with your service provider
with regard to any firmware upgrade procedures. Or, you could call our
Customer Support for troubleshooting to see if we can help you through the
warranty provisions. Please call Sony Ericsson Contact Center at
1-800-374-2776; press 1 for English then 1 for Customer Service and
Technical Support to speak with one of our representatives directly.

My local T-Mobile service center doesn't flash, and I haven't called the
toll free number to confirm the above statement, but thought I would ask if
anyone knew of anyone or place in the Nashville, TN area capable of flashing
my T610 to the latest firmware.
