P900 - Phone detection Wizard not working

Having just excitedly bought my P900 i've been frustrated that which Phone
Connection Link seems to work the phone clicking into the cradle doesn't
trigger the Wizard.

As a result my P900 is not registered as connected.

I have XP and the cradle is USB. I've loaded PC Suite, rebooted then
plugged in cradle. Then to be safe rebooted again.

Then sited my P900 for nothing to happen. No phone Wizard...

I've gone to msconfig and unticked all other startup items and just clicked
phone connection to try to eliminate clashes...Still no joy.

Anyone got any suggestions ?

P800 and p900 dont work with firewalls and virus scanners on XP. I had Nortons 2002 and my sync worked well but then I installed McAfee firewall and I couldnt access any of my ports. So I deleted it and went back to Norton and it works.
Its annoying in that your computer is unsecured so you can syn the phone

Can you not configure Mcafee to allow comms with your phone?
