Dear All,

When synchronising appointments from a P900 to Outlook 2003 connecting
to a MS Exchange 2000 server and all is working well.
However, I do not want to synchronise the full Outlook Calendar to the
P900 as the Sync takes too long. The option to only sync meetings in
the past 30 days has been set, which also works fine, but with one
strange side effect:
The meetings older than the preset 30 days are not only not
synchronised, they are also deleted from the P900. Is there no way to
set the sync tool to just ignore those meetings older than 30 days?
Just leaving them in the phone without touching them, without deleting
them, without syncing them...
