zone alarm P910

I have just installed Zone alarm and am no longer able to backup the p910
any ideas on how to get this to work with Zone alarm?

I have read the "read me" but still no luck.

You have to allow all the SE-data suite modules unconditional net-access in
ZA's
program list - particularly mRouterruntime.exe, mrouterconfig.exe if they're
present.
