help Please

Dear All

My Husband has just brought himself a sony Ericsson T68i mobile phone and
unfortantly we are having problems with it. When he phones somebody he can
not hear the phone ring from his phone. You also have trouble hearing each
other. Any ideas would be great.

Hi April,

I have not got a T68, but if it is the same as my t39,it has a slider switch
on the left hand side of the phone, and all you do is either press the
switch up (to turn the volume up) and down to turn the volume down.

It does have that slide but it makes no difference. It also has a sign to
say that no calls can be received but they can. I think it might be a duff
phone and I need to take it back tomorrow
