can you upload programs to T610?

I am thinking of getting a t610. I was wondering if you can upload programs
to it? I've got heaps of programs for my Nokia 7650 that I might want to
use...

Yes, you can upload programs to the T610.
But I'm not sure about the Nokia 7650-programs you have...
....some programs are phone-specific (even java).
