Ericsson problem

I was using my ericsson when it started to rite some strange signs and
then buttons 2,5,7 stopped working and by now none of the buttons are
working . I don't know what model is it - it's new and very small.
If anyone knows what to do,....

probably a software problem. get it updated at your nearest sony
ericsson service point.

Take it to your nearest SC.

Sounds like a SE T100 - assuming it isn't water damaged.
