If you're talking about the Sony Ericsson T68i it is GSM/GPRS only. NO TDMA
or CDMA period.
There are phones that do GSM and TDMA like Siemens and at least one of the
Nokia models.

Ericsson phones exists for GSM,Analog, and TDMA. While I think they
have finally licensed the CDMA technology from QUALCOMM, I don't think
they are building any current generation CDMA phones.
I think Rogers is a TDMA carrier (IS136), most of ATT is/was, Bell
Mobility I think is GSM, so you are probably out luck.

Telus is a CDMA carrier, and they have SE T206 for sale.

Without "technical" explanations: no. T68i works only on GSM networks.

Re: TDMA and/or CDMA and the T68i
Rogers = TDMA and GSM. Your T68i is GSM.
Fido = GSM
Bell = CDMA
Telus = CDMA
You could only switch your phone to Fido, if you unlocked it.
