Is there any way to change the functions of the various 'quick'
buttons on the t610? These are the buttons around the joystick and the
functions associated with moving the joystick in standby. With
Vodafone there are too many ways of getting on-line for my liking.

I believe you can't. You can however set a password for a data account.
You'll have to supply a password and set it to ask for it. This prevents a
lot of unwanted connecting :-)

I belive that getting the phone's firmware reflashed to original SE spec
removes the voda customisation and allows you to remap the buttons.
