Been told that this is the procedure for hidden service menus:

The P800 has a 'hidden' service menu that allows you to access serial
numbers and format the Internal drive. This can be accessed by closing
the flip, then following this sequence:
    Jog-Dial up
    *
    Jog-Dial down
    Jog-Dial down
    *
    Jog-Dial down
    *

I have the flip closed but when I turn the jog-dial up, it shows
"Contacts" above the OK button and the little circle menu chooser then
goes to Applications. I don't know how to even get the jog-dial to do
its thing. Ideas anyone? Settings need changing anywhere before I can do
    this?

    Does Jog-dial up/down mean:
    1) Pulling the wheel forward and pushing it back (i.e. sort of coming
out of the screen to me direction) or...
    2) Rotating it as if it were a spinning-top (up and down along the
    length of the unit direction)?

Found out that you turn the wheel one click (#2 method).
