other times it says "erricson optimized charging" and the damn thing doesnt
charge.

Re: anyone faced this problem?
I noticed that if you turn the phone off and charge the phone you get about
40h more battery life, (without bluetooth etc..) than a 'full charge' with
the phone on. Technically speaking I dont understand wy this should be. I
think t68i software is at fault yet again. I get 260 hrs max with the phone
turned on and 300hrs with the phone turned off. I dont know if this answers
you question or not. But why should I have to turn the phone off to fully
charge?

Re: anyone faced this problem?
Not sure why the delta in battery life is so large but perhaps that when the
phone is on it draws just enough power that the charger can never achieve a
full charge.

Re: anyone faced this problem?
The "Ericsson optimized charging" message should only appear when the phone
is switched on and charging, and the "Charging only" message should only
appear when the phone is switched off and charging.
As to why the phone is not actually charging, I do not have a clue.

Re: anyone faced this problem?
Yeah, thinking about it i think that the charger is to blame, maybe a
desktop charger would do it? does anyone use one of these?
