ti68 - how to disable startup-endup jingle

Hi !
Anyone knows how to disable the noise this phone makes when you turn
it 'on' and 'off' ? I'd like it to be simply silent in those 2 cases.

just been able ti disable the welcome screen, but not the sound ? Or
am I missing something ?

just before you switch the phone off, turn on silent (hold C, and select
turn on silent), then when you switch your phone off, no sound and when you
turn it back on again no sound (ta da).
