Can I use my T616 as a dialip yo call me ISP? or am I stucl using the GPRS

ATT does not support using your GPRS phone as a general purpose modem
device. You can use it with your computer to dial into ATT's GPRS data
service but you cannot call your ISP and connect like a regular modem.
There are other providers that do support this ability but ATT does not.

I think Verizon and Sprint support the ability to dial into an ISP. As I
understand it the cellular provider is actually making a connection for you
through their phone switch. The phone itself is not an actual "modem".
