OT(ish): UK International SMS

Hi.

I am on O2 PAYG at the moment, and so I hear for a one off payment of £4.99
you get International SMS to non UK phones for 12p. Is this correct?

On the O2 site, it only mentions International calls from 10p, even though
the Bolt on is called 'International talk & text'.
