In the user manual, there is a paragraph tht to use the recording
feature, but I don't understand how and from where.

    TIA.

Well, from the Fun & Games menu, select option 6 (Sound Recorder). It will
automatically begin recording. When you're done, press No and the sound is
    saved in My Sounds.

A handy thing to do is make Sound Recorder the first option on your My
Shortcuts list. This way, when you're on a call you can record the
conversation just by holding the joystick to the left (you'll hear a beep
    when it begins recording).
