Hi All,
I have seen a nice piece of software for Nokia 6600 recently and I am
looking for something similar for P900. It is called Dictaphone and
gives easy access to the sound recorder even during the phone
conversations.
I need this for very non-sinister reasons: simply taking notes during
the conversations is usually awkward, and sometimes impossible. So
when someone gives me a number over the phone (and can't text it as
they are on a landline), when I get a shopping list from home over the
phone ... the list is endless and my short term memory is useless, so
it would be a life-saving application.
Before someone flames me about legality and abuse - I would notify the
other party I am recording a part fo the conversation. And yes,
anything can be abused, forks for instance can be a lethal weapon, so
let us stop selling them. Or sell ones that beep at regular intervals.
So back to the question - has anyone seen anything like this around
for P800/P900?
Best wishes,
V.

I miss this facility on the p900, on the t68i and the t610, you could press
options on the phone and select sound recorder and it saved the telephone
conversation, unless it is on there somewhere ?? Jon....anybody ?
