is it possible to store an ordinary postal address in this phone? I know u
can
store an e-mail addresse, fax number etc

at least not in contacts. you can add a note.

Yes, you can store upto 30 characters in the last field of the contact
record. I Use that for an occasional postal address.

Add. you can use the CR/LF (at the #-key [T9 switched off]), to
get multiple lines in e. g. the name field. Et voilá ... ;o)
