I am thinking of getting another cell provider. I have been on a Fido
monthy plan [no contract] for 4 years. However I have been unable to
read my monthly statements for over a year now. And cannot even access
my account on line since they 'updated' the web site.
Are there any problems with Fido when you change providers?
Any suggestion for a 'good' Canadian provider?
Many thanks.

I don't have a lot to say about Rogers, but if you decide to go with
them their web site is better designed.
AND you should be able to port your existing number to them. Fido may
charge you a cancellation fee, but they should waive it if you take out
at least a 3-year contract with Rogers.
On the other hand, Rogers phone service is charged by the minute not the
second and their evening rates start at 9pm not 7pm.
