    Is there any way to reassign buttons on Cingular V551. In particular, I would like to disable "Shop Cingular" button and assign it to voicemail. Also I would like to disable backlit on pushing of side buttons. Can I do that ?

    Go to "Setting"
    Scroll down to "Personalize"
    Select "Home Screen"
    Select "Home Keys"
    Then customize your buttons.
