Motorola Vxxx Unlocking Device

Has anyone seen anything like this. It appears to be a simply unlocking
device for Motorola Vxxx series phones. I have been looking for something
like this to unlock my V525 but does anyone know if it really works or is it
better to send the phone away to be unlocked ??

Yeah, we used to sell those (a couple of years ago). They work fine but are
very restricted with regards to which models they will unlock. If it's just
the one you need doing, either send it away to be done or get a local
unlocker to do it for you (pay no more than £10-£15). If you're wanting to
unlock on a more regular basis have a look at SmartClip instead.
