Does anyone know why I can no longer change the in-call voice volume on my
Motorola V60. One day I just lost the ability to change it and I can hardly
hear people when they phone me. Normally it can be controlled using the two
buttons on the side of the phone whilst on a a call. I can no longer do
this. When I speak to people they say that I sound very quiet too.
Is it a known issue with this phone?
How do I fix it?
Is there any way to do this via the menu system?

Re: Motorola V60 Volume Problem
I've had several v60 phones and none of them have done that. No known
issue that I've heard of. It sounds like something is wrong with your
phone.

Re: Motorola V60 Volume Problem
Could this be a software problem of your V60.... or maybe the two buttons
are broken... Have you tried in the;
MENU, SETTINGS, RING/VIBRATION ( sorry for the translation.. my phone is in
french ) DETAIL VIB/RING, and then their should be a setting for the
volume....way down in the option panel.... after the ring volume...

Thanks but there doesn't seem to be an option to change the in-call volume
on this menu - only ring volume and type.
