Please can someone help me I am a newbie

I have just got myself a T720i and a USB data cab;e and I have managed to
sync the phonebook via truesync but no matter what I do I can not get to do
anything else as I haven't been able to fully install the phone under
windows xp please could someone forward me links to get the Mobile
PhoneTools or something that can install the phone properly so i can change
my ringtones pictures etc

I forgot to mention I am in the UK so my phone is GSM
